John T. Mazzola was recently chosen as the new Executive Director for the Albany (Georgia) Civic Center complex consisting of a 10,000-seat arena, a 974-seat historic auditorium, and a 2,500-seat riverside amphitheatre and festival park. Founded in Austria more than 50 years ago, SOS Children’s Villages provides family-based care for abandoned and exploited children in 132 countries. The organization has been a multi-year nominee for the Nobel Peace Prize.
